We appreciate every donation.
The Board of Trustees couldn't do anything without the community's continued support.
We are always keen to welcome new members to the association from those who have an interest in what we do and how we can continue our work.
Over the years we have been fortunate to receive support in the form of donations and bequests. These donations, no matter what size, continue to improve the facilities available to patients at the Robinson Hospital site.
How your donations and bequests have made a difference;
Funded the construction of Ballymoney Health Centre opened in 1970 and it's extension in 1993 and 2003.
In partnership with the Health Service, the Association enabled a major refurbishments of the Robinson Hospital in 1999. NHSCT is now embarking on a project to add additional ensuite rooms which is being fully funded by the Association's endowment income.
The Temple bequest built and equipped a room used by the Hospital Diversion Nursing Team (HDNT) as a day facility for patients from the North Antrim and Causeway Coast and Glens districts.
Provided new Lawnmowers to the ROOTS project, which helps local adults with learning disabilities find work in their gardening project at the rear of the Hospital, maintaining gardens and selling produce.
During the height of the Covid-19 Pandemic, supplied iPads to the Hospital ward to enable patients to keep in touch with loved ones.
Helped to fund 'The Hub', a space which the wider community to book, alongside a local base for NI Hospice staff.
Supplied the tables and chairs for Ballymoney Health Centre's refurbished Lecture Hall. This is used for Clinical and Public Health meetings, staff recreation, and as a general forum for many public and local community groups
